Who We Are

Dan Nelson is the founding partner of Nelson & Townsend; he has been in public practice for 45+ years and is still an integral partner with the firm today. Dan graduated from BYU with a degree in accounting. Dan has experience as a controller in the private industry as well as years in public accounting.

Daren Nelson is a partner at Nelson & Townsend and has been for 25+ years. He attended and graduated from Utah State University. Daren has expertise in a diverse range of accounting from the individual to large businesses and corporations.

Bracken Nelson has graduated from Utah State University with degrees in Accounting and Finance. He has been working as a staff accountant for the past 8 years.

Glenn Townsend is a CPA and Partner at Nelson & Townsend; he has been in public practice for 35+ years. He graduated from BYU with a degree in accounting. Glenn focuses on court appointed receiverships and tax.
